The LC is the biggest water park in Wales, so there's lots of fun to be had whizzing down the slides and taking a spin on the rides. There's also a dedicated toddlers section that your littlest ones can enjoy, without being mixed up with the bigger kids.
2. Cardiff International Pool, Cardiff
The leisure pool at Cardiff International Pool has a beached area for small children and a lazy river. There are three water flumes and one space bowl to keep the kids going for a while.
3. Bridgend Life Centre, Wales
Head to Bridgend Life Centre to experience the area’s largest leisure pool, complete with hydro-slide and wave machine. Floaties at the ready!
4. Blue Lagoon Water Park, Wales
Kids will be spoilt for choice at the Blue Lagoon Water Park in Pembrokeshire - will they take a swim in the giant wave pool, chill out along the lazy river, or zoom down one of the four unique water slides? There's an outdoor spa for parents, too!
The heat for the pools is provided by burning biomass from local farmers, making it a must-visit for eco-conscious families.
5. Grove Wellbeing Centre, Belfast
The kids will be entertained for hours at the Grove Wellbeing Centre. It has a toddlers splash pool, including a water mushroom feature, water jets, underwater bubble seats and a slide. Can we come, too?
6. Cookstown Leisure Centre, County Tyrone
You have a choice of swimming in the main pool or paddling around in the learner pool at Cookstown Leisure Centre. The added 52-metre flume slide is sure to get the adrenaline pumping.
7. Splash World, Southport
This indoor water park is the perfect place to take the family, whatever the weather. Splash World has something to entertain kids of all ages, from the toddler pool and water play area, to the exciting super slide for older ones.
8. The Dome, Doncaster
The Dome is a water wonderland of fountains, jets and slides with a tropical rainforest theme. Get the kids out of the house and into this Amazonian adventure.
9. Heworth Leisure Centre, Gateshead
Not quite warm enough for the beach yet? Get down to Heworth Leisure Centre to try your hand at indoor surfing on the Flowrider. There's also a smaller pool with fountains and toys for the little ones.
10. Calypso Cove Water Park, Barnsley
Have a splash about at Calypso Cove Water Park at the Metrodome Leisure Complex. The perfect wet adventure playground for the whole family, with play areas for younger children, alongside slides and flumes.
11. Sandcastle Waterpark, Blackpool
Located on Blackpool's iconic promenade, Sandcastle Water Park makes a fantastic stop-off on any family holiday. Kids of all ages can enjoy winding down the Ushi Gushi lazy river, catching some waves in the huge Typhoon Lagoon wave pool, or exploring the unique Caribbean Storm Treehouse play area.
12. Beach Splash Kingfisher Leisure Centre, Surrey
The bright and colourful interactive water feature at Beach Splash Kingfisher Leisure Centre is sure to delight the kids. With a toddler slide, waterfall and interactive watery wall panel, don't be surprised if you stay there all day.
13. The Pavilions In The Park, Horsham
The Pavilions in the Park offers a wonderful family-friendly swimming experience. It has a pool with a flume ride and heated water area with bubble beds and moving water channels. That's basically a hot tub, right?
14. Leyton Leisure Centre, London
Is your child under eight? Leyton Leisure Centre has a swimming pool just for younger kids, with slides, fountains and toys.
15. Hampton Pool, Middlesex
Expect a LOT of splashing in TNT, the 'dynamite activities club' at Hampton Pool. For children aged between five and 14, there's an enormous 17 metre inflatable, bouncy castle, giant aqua run, parachute, walking on water, and even more! The spots are two hours long and the pools are looked after by trained guards, for your peace of mind.

The pirate-themed swimming pool at Coral Reef Waterworld is perfect for budding buccaneers! Older kids will love the interactive Aqua Splash slide - how many points will you score on your way down? For under-fives, the Little Coral's Toddler Pools offer smaller slides and an iconic yellow diving bell, plus much more. There's even an erupting volcano!
17. Finchley Lido, London
The Finchley Lido Leisure Centre is one of the most exciting swimming pools in London. The outdoor lido is ideal for a hot summer day, and with its refreshment kiosk, your drinks and snacks are sorted. The indoor pool water is a toasty 30 degrees, so no need to worry about the chill from stripping down to your cozzie. There's a wave machine, water cannons, air jets and a rolling rapids feature.
18. Windsor Leisure Centre, Berkshire
You'll find pools to suit all the family's needs at Windsor Leisure Centre. The 25-metre pool is fab for getting fit, while the leisure pool – with added wave machine and slides – might be a tad more appealing to the kids.

The pool at Easton Leisure Centre is another great place for a family swimming trip. There's a slide and toddler pool, as well as underwater assault courses on offer. Plus, they even turn the water different colours sometimes!
20. Splashdown Waterpark, Dorset
If you're looking for somewhere to swim with little 'uns, Splashdown Waterpark in Poole is the perfect choice. Under-5s can choose from three unique splash pools: Ricky's Reef, Buccaneer Splash and Buccaneer Beach. There's plenty for older kids too, with a whopping 13 unique flumes ranging from the chilled out Red River Roller to the terrifying Screamer!
21. Oasis Fun Pools, Cornwall
Get ready to majorly slip and slide at the Oasis Fun Pools. Take a ride on the fast and furious aqua whiz flume, the 265ft super flume, or the more gentle fun slide. There's also a river rapid ride, geysers, a giant tap, fountains and waterfalls for a real soaking. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, there's a heated outdoor pool as well.
22. Colchester Leisure World, Essex
The Leisure Pool at Leisure World is a family favourite. The iconic flumes are one of Colchester's most well-known landmarks. There's the Crazy River with its own slides, waves and water cannons. For little ones, try the Seahorse Squirter, Tipping Buckets and Water Curtain.
23. Breckland Leisure Centre and Waterworld, Thetford
Located in the heart of Norfolk, Breckland Leisure Centre and Waterworld has a shallow paddling area to splash about in and a water slide to keep the kids busy.
24. Butlins Skegness Splash Waterworld
Splash Waterworld at Butlins Resort is a perfect family outing. Get everyone involved on the family Riptide Raft Ride, or try the Jetstream Fast Flume.
The Captain's Challenge is where little ones can crawl between the lookout towers in cargo net tunnels above the water. Everyone will have the time of their lives!

25. Rushcliffe Arena, Nottinghamshire
Rushcliffe Arena has a separate swimming area for children under eight years old, which includes water toys. For the bigger kids, there are two Twin Twister flumes to whizz down for a day of watery fun.
26. Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre, Birmingham
Take a trip to Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre to dive into the choice of pools. There's a dedicated toddler pool and a leisure pool with flumes and waves, of course.
27. The Wave Waterpark, Coventry
The Wave Waterpark has 6 unique water slides; older kids will particularly enjoy the colourful spectacular of The Cascade, and the amazing light show in The Crestar. Younger visitors will love exploring the mini slides, tipping buckets, jets and fountains in The Reef splash zone.

30. Hamilton Water Palace, South Lanarkshire
Hamilton Water Palace has a 25-metre pool with floating floor and a leisure pool with flume, tyre slide and river rapids. The shallow kids' pool has an exciting pirate ship and a slide of its own.
31. Beach Leisure Centre, Aberdeenshire
There's something for everyone at Aberdeen's Beach Leisure Centre. Explore the water features in the leisure pool, including waves, a fountain and rapids. No fun pool is complete without flumes, and this one has four to choose from!
