Debbie Davis Riddle and her husband Shaun often went to the West Side Cafe in Fort Worth, Texas, with their newborn baby Glory. One day they visited the cafe and Glory wasn't with them. Their waitress, Kayla, asked where she was. Debbie describes what happened next, on her Facebook page:

"... we just went there this afternoon and our waitress Kayla remembered us and asked where our baby was. Sadly, we had to tell her baby Glory passed away and is with God now. She felt so horrible for asking but she was so sweet."

When the couple had finished their meal and asked for the bill Layla handed them this:

It was a small act of kindness that meant so much to the couple.

Debbie shared a photo of the bill on Facebook and it has been shared more than 9,000 times already. Messages of support have been pouring in from all around the world.

Kayla, the waitress, said on Facebook:

"I didn’t want any recognition ... I just simply wanted the satisfaction of being a helping hand in a time of deep sorrow for this family ...

What I didn’t expect is how much of a blessing their family would be to me ... The downpour of positive words and chain of love that this story has started around the world is more than I could have ever expected and makes my heart so happy."

The couple is overwhelmed by the messages of support they have received as a result of sharing their story.
