Taekwon-Do classes for 4-7yrs, 8-12yrs and 13yrs+. 45min sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4.45pm. Family discount available. White Belt Beginners to Black Belt - confidence, fitness, fun, friendship, based on Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.

Free trial session. Generous Starter Package, competitive monthly training fees, family discount. The Dolphin Centre benefits from a multi-storey car park and Poole Bus Station.

Martial arts

Taekwon-Do is a traditional martial art. Poole TKD Academy is part of Trenic TKD Academies and UK ITF, practising ITF Taekwon-Do under the presidency of the son of the Founder of Taekwon-Do. UK ITF is a member of the UK's national governing body, providing inclusive sessions, competitions and NGB-accredited instructors. BTC accreditation includes Enhanced DBS, Advanced NSPCC Safeguarding Standards, regular CPD, First Aid and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
