At times, we all need a bit of support, and never is that truer than when you’re a parent.

Raising kids can bring many challenges, from tackling breastfeeding problems to dealing with behavioural issues and looking after a child with special needs.

Plus life itself often throws other hurdles in our paths, such as bereavement, relationship problems, illness, employment difficulties and mental health issues.

Knowing there’s someone there to support you through the tough times can be a huge comfort, but it’s not always easy to know who to turn to, and talking to family and friends can feel too close to home.
