Pregnancy yoga builds strength and stamina gently, relieves tensions in the ever-changing body and eases the mind in order to bring balance and harmony within. Each class incorporates helpful breathing techniques through pranayama and a guided meditation to fully relax both you and baby.
This class will also help to build your connections with other mums-to-be, forming friendships both on and off the mat.
