I adapted this slightly as i have made a few times. I added cheese to the sauce and used the fishy milk from poaching to make my sauce. I also added broccoli as well as the peas. Baked in the oven to get a bit crispier with added grated cheese on top. Without the cheese i have found this to be a bit on the bland side. Add in more seasoning to taste. A good base recipe to adapt to your liking.

i wanted to make this but how much milk do i put in?

Is this actually a recipe?? Where's the mention of how much milk, how much pasta. Do I need to reuse the milk I've poached in to make the white sauce?

Sorry, not a big hit in our house. We added cheese and lots of pepper, we baked in in the oven with cheese and tomatoes on top and we still found it really bland.

Good recipe. My 3 year old boy loved it and so did my husband! I added some cheese to the sauce the second time I made it to make it more tasty, plus fresh chopped herbs (if you have any) was nice. I used approx 250g of pasta. Just guess work really, depending how much you like.

I made this tonight for my picky 5 year old. Although it looked tasty I couldn't persuade her to try the salmon just the pasta. Good recipe though.

Really easy to make, delicious :) Even impressed my MIL :O I also used sweetcorn, and only half the salmon, but was just as good.

Hi. I made this tonight with a tin of skinless & boneless salmon about £1.99 a tin and my two children both loved it. Also works well with a tin of tuna!
