Pregnancy yoga can be a great way to prepare for childbirth, retain a sense of calm:

➡️MODIFICATIONS for pregnancy-related ailments and other health conditions offered.
➡️Suitable from the 2nd trimester up to birth.
➡️No previous yoga experience required.
