Calming and restorative yoga class to support you physically and mentally through each stage of pregnancy.

Relieve muscle tension and minor pregnancy discomforts, maintain strength and practice mindful self-care to focus on you and your baby.We open and close each class with a short meditation and relaxation so each mother can re-connect with herself and leave with a sense of calm.

Opportunity to meet other expectant mothers in the local area. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
Please bring a small pillow or towel, a blanket or jumper and a bottle of water.
Parking available at the Festival Hall.

Antenatal classes

1-to-1 private sessions available in Pilates & Yoga (ideal for both before and after baby arrives and you'd like privacy or the ability to bring baby along).
Weekly classes also available that can be adapted for pre/post natal clients.
Tuition in person from the Deeply Practices boutique studio, Lacey Green, Wilmslow, larger venues in Wilmslow and Alderley or online to suit you.

Pregnancy yoga

Yoga is the ideal, gentle exercise during pregnancy and is highly recommended by health professionals as a way of maintaining physical fitness as your body changes and calming the mind in preparation for childbirth.
