This group is a community of local pregnant folks, parents and birth professionals such as doulas, antenatal teachers and midwives ...and anyone else who wants to share positive stories and support women in birth in a positive way - helping them to have a positive birth and parenting journey.
The Group is run by two experienced birth and postnatal professionals Helen and Debbie from Antenatal Academy, who love talking all things pregnancy, birth and baby!
The purpose of the group is to link with others locally - both virtually and in person through local meet ups in Bury St Edmunds - to share information, articles, knowledge and birth stories that help to inspire and support local pregnant folks in a positive way.
We would love you to join us at our next free meet up! ☕
We currently meet up twice a month, upstairs at The Apex on the first Wednesday morning of the month and upstairs at Abbeygate Cinema on the 4th Saturday of the month, but please link into our FB group to check as once in a while dates do need to change!
