Delicious one-ingredient fruit puree for tiny tastebuds

  • 4 ripe plums Peeled, stone removed and cut into quarters
  1. Add the plum quarters to a saucepan along with 60ml water. Cook for about 10 minutes on a medium heat until the plums have broken down to a thick puree and are soft and tender.
  2. Puree in a blender or with a stick blender until smooth. Add a little of baby's usual milk if desired.
  3. Once cool enough to eat, feed a little to baby. Once completely cool, divide up into portions in an ice cube tray and freeze for up to one month. Defrost, covered, in the fridge overnight or in the microwave. Once defrosted, reheat to piping, then allow to cool before giving to baby.
