She has run pre school classes in Cardiff for over 10 years and has 12 years experience of organising children's parties and events.

We booked party fizz for my daughters 4th and sons 6th joint birthday party last weekend. The party was a huge success!! Partly down to the great mix of children! Amy from party fizz was brilliant. The party flowed really well and nearly all of the children were up joining in for the whole party! Amy moved around the children rather than just standing at the front which meant she was able to interact with them all and kept them engaged in the activity. After a phone call with Liz the party was planned with j & I in mind. Including all of the things they love about a party. I was also able to tell Liz that it would be mainly boys at the party. Which meant she took this into consideration when making a plan. Not something you would think to put on a form, but did come up in our conversation. We had originally booked a frozen themed party. But as it drew closer I realised that the frozen novelty has worn off. So we dropped the theam. But we still had elsa for the second half of the party. Which the children loved and it added a little something!! The 2 hours flew by and both of my children had a brilliant time. I should mention that my son has asd. And that none of his friends are mainstream. It was a brilliant party and I would love to do it the same next year!!!

I have been going to liz's classes for 5 years with both my children. It something I'm not looking forward to stopping when my daughter is too old. She is amazing with all the children and certainly knows how to control a room full of children and adults. Today Liz did my daughters 3rd birthday party with all the themes and songs we asked for. You don't need to have been to one of liz's classes to have an amazing time. Snow machines, parachute games, Pom poms, ribbons, shakers.......the list is endless!!!!!! Would definitely recommend. The adults couldn't say enough good things about her and the party!!!

I hired Liz after seeing a taster session at an NCT event. I wanted to hold a party for my 4 year old twins, Cai & Erin. We decided on a theme that would cater for both boys and girls. The twins loved Despicable Me, and Despicable Me 2, and of course the minions. Liz researched the movies and built the theme around the characters and plot, which was so hilarious and the kids loved every minuet of it. Liz is able to connect and keep the kids engaged for the whole party, which lets you enjoy the party and make endless cup’s of tea. Fabulous from beginning to end! Liz planned and held a super hero themed party for my 4 year old! Liz incorporated my sons favourite activities and took into account personal preferences due to his shy nature. Liz has 20 3-4 year olds engrossed in a wide range of activities throughout the party. Absolutely fantastic. Booked party fizz for my daughters joint 6th birthday party. Class full of 5-6 year olds (and a few younger and older) were completely entertained throughout and really enjoyed the different party games, which were all personalised to the birthday girl and boy, and their favourite characters, songs, games etc. Would 100% recommend paty fizz. Can honestly say it was the first stress free party we have had.

The best children's party we have ever had or attended. My daughter wanted a pirate party for her 3rd birthday as she loves Shwashbuckle on CBeebies. Liz's theming was incredible with amazing attention attention to detail - pirate songs, a parrot, a sea and island theme to the games, a treasure chest with goodies and even a naughty pirate (courtesy of one if the Dad's). It really was so special and perfect that I can't oversell Liz's event. She was also calm and organised, engaging, friendly and even quickly repositioning the party inside due to rain without any fuss or complaints. The photo momento was brilliant - my daughter is convinced now that she has been on the TV set of Swashbuckle! I could not recommend 'Pirate Liz' highly enough.

My son adores Dora & Diego. They've not only inspired him to explore spanish but also developed his maths & problem solving skills. When it came to his party a Dora/Diego adventure theme was perfect. I knew what I wanted but based on his 3rd birthday party I knew this time I didn't want to be frantically running around on the day & miss all the fun & the joy on his face. Party Fizz were the perfect company to help turn our vision into reality. Liz has a wealth of ideas & experience esp. what does & doesn't work. Together we fine tuned the theme & developed the party activities. We combined Liz's props with the ones we made to turn our venue into a jungle. With our handy adventure map & the aid of Hannah - our intrepid explorer, one of Liz's team, the children were transported to a jungle where they had to crawl through a spiders cave, cross the piranha river, fish for fish(!) & sneak past the sleeping bear all the while seeking the no 4 - which had been stolen by swiper! Throughout the 2hrs Hannah kept the energy flowing with music, games (everything from musical statues to hula hoping), stories and dancing (the hokey cokey & the conga were big hits!) adapting & tweaking the activities according to the kids reactions. The rooms was filled with laughter. Hannah also managed to incorporate counting in welsh & spanish! If you want a party professional who will push the boundaries & exceed expectations I highly recommend Liz and her team!

I used Liz to help organise a princess and knight party for a 4 year old girl. I found liz to be very well organised, reliable and full of good ideas about the best way to run the party. I attended a party a few weeks ago and it was a fab superhero party! Liz kept all the children entertained, running around, laughing, whilst the parents had a coffee! Booked Liz for my son Oliver's 1st birthday party 4th august 2013. There was a variety of ages ranging from 6 weeks to 8 years old. There is no-one else I know that could keep 30-40 little guests aged 1-5 totally focused, happy, laughing....brilliant! Given the majority were 'pirate' boys armed with swords, who had spent much of the time since arriving chasing each other round the garden, makes her work even more of a miracle! Liz we salute you!

LIz spent time on phone listening to want exactly I was looking for and then worked out a plan around the theme, the outcome was great.the whole crowd enjoyed most of all my one year old had the best time. Liz organised entertainment for our daughter's fifth birthday party, and I couldn't have asked for more. I was incredibly impressed by the level of preparation put in beforehand to make sure Effie had her favourite music and games on the day, and all the personal touches that made it a day to remember. Hannah came down to run the party and had a hall full of children (and adults) wrapped around her little finger from the start. We recently had Party Fizzz to organise my daughter's 5th birthday. What a fantastic party! Highly recommended. Liz was great to liaise with in the weeks before the party, phoning to find out more about my daughter Lucy to tailor the party to a theme of her choice and to decide on music and games. The party plan she created was really detailed and structured to keep the children entertained and it took all of the stress out of organising the party. Liz had such a good rapport with the children and was really welcoming. Lucy loved the birthday book with her chosen 'One Direction' theme and was made to feel really special. Liz then kept 30 boys and girls fully entertained for two hours with activities such as parachute games, musical instruments, bubbles, foam and more traditional games. Even the parents joined in! I felt I had to write and thank you for the amazing job you did at our wedding. It was very important to us that the children enjoyed our wedding day as well as the adults. We had Hannah from Liz's team as party entertainer for my daughter's 5th birthday party. She was amazing and kept about 30 kids entertained for 2hours. We had a princess and pirate theme with disco at the end. Liz was very good in contacting me to find out more about my daughter and the music she likes and I am very happy that my daughter was made to feel very special on her day. Liz recently did a Disco party for my daughter's 5th Birthday. Abi absolutely loved the party, which Liz had combined both traditional party games with the disco to ensure all the children were kept entertained for the full 2 hours. My daugter had her 5th party back in January with party Fizzz and I would recommend them to anyone. She had the Pirates and princess theme. Liz asked what we wanted but as we didnt have too many ideas apart from a disco she planned all of the games and music, making the party a big success. Liz took the stress out of the party planning and was very understanding when I did not know exactly how many children would be coming. Amy did the party as Liz was already booked and the children loved her. She had so much patience when the party became busier than we had intended! My daughter Meg and I have loved attending Jolly Babies classes since she was 7weeks old, and asking Liz to provide the entertainment at her 1st birthday party was the obvious choice. In one word, the birthday party was brilliant, every child and every adult thought that Liz's party session was excellent. We had a range of ages from 6weeks to 8years old and I can honestly say that every child enjoyed it! My son Max was one on 8th February and having attended Jolly Babies for the past 7 mths, we asked Liz to come along and provide some musical entertainment. Even with babies as young as 6 mths and children up to 9 years old, everyone had fun and enjoyed the party, held at the Norwegian Church Arts Centre in the Bay. My son Evan has recently had a joint 3rd Birthday Party with his two best friends. Liz was already booked, so another member of her team, Rachel, came along to do a 45 minute session on 'Transport' which was geared towards the 3 boys love for 'Thomas theTank' and Disney's 'Cars'. We have attended Liz's fantastic weekly music classes for the past year, so she was the natural choice to provide entertainment at my son's 3rd birthday - after all he is Liz's number one fan! Liz ran an hour long session of singing, dancing, fun and games for Joe and his friends with a 'pirates and princesses' theme. Everyone had a whale of a time, children and parents alike, especially the birthday boy! Having attended Jolly Babies and Music With Mummy classes with Liz since my daughter Eva was six weeks old, Liz / Party Fizzz was a natural choice for her 3rd birthday party. The20 or so children all absolutely loved Liz and had a fantastic time singing, dancing, playing instruments and playing little party games. Eva chose the songs and activities herself from an extensive list. She looked so happy and excited all the way through the party, as did all the children. The parachute games were a particular favourite all round. A lot of the parents commented how much fun their little ones had had and how impressed they were with the party. One little boy told his mummy it was a "most marvellous party" - and indeed it was.

I went to Jolly Babies whilst on maternity leave and my daughter loved it so when I heard that Liz could provide entertainment for her birthday I was over the moon. We all had a fantastic time at our son's second birthday party. We had it at home and Liz coped with the limited space and many toddlers really well. I had a party for my 4 year old daughter and wanted it to be themed princess and knights, to accommodate for the boys as well. We had over 30 children there and there wasn't one point where any of the kids were not joining in. They all loved it, especially my daughter. liz put in a lot of thought into the planning and really made Abi feel like a princess. The only downside was the 2 hours wasn't long enough to fit everything in and in order to do so we had to rush the food a bit. Other than that it was totally perfect. Would definitely recommend party fizz!

Highly recommended. Hannah kept 20 4+ year olds totally engaged for an hour. Even the adults joined in! Dancing, games, pompoms and bubbles and snow. What more could you need! We had the added bonus of face painters who were amazing value and very good. I was very pleased with my flowers and we had great dogs, pirates, butterflies, cats and batman. I found Liz to be extremely professional and helpful with the planning and preperation of the party, to someone who has never done one before she provided useful tips and suggestions. Liz provided an hour wirth of entertainment within the party - which I was extremely impressed with. Girls 5th Birthday Party Liz organised a joint 5th birthday party. We decided on a Disney and Disco theme. Liz tailored the party to include disney related games and with so many props to choose from. My daughter loved the pompoms and hulas. Liz stepped in at very short notice to entertain approximately 20 children at my daughter's 7th birthday party today. Despite a couple of rather disruptive boys(!) she did a fantastic job of keeping them engaged for an hour and they all had a brilliant time. She has endless patience and enthusiasm and pitched the games and activities just right for the age group (6 and 7 year olds). She took a lot of pressure off me as my daughter had originally asked that I do all the games with them. I would have done nowhere near as good a job! I can only echo what everyone else is saying about Liz's parties. I booked Liz for my son's 4th birthday party and it was based on Toy Story. I was impressed by the amount of work Liz puts in to coming up with ideas and music relating to the chosen party theme and how the party was structured. The children at the party were a little quiet at first but I think this is because they are so used to bouncy castle type parties they weren't sure what they were supposed to do! They soon got into it though and it was nice to see children actually interacting with each other at a party rather than just bouncing on a castle! A lot of the parents told me what a good party they thought it had been and I would definitely recommend Party Fizzz to anyone.

We used to attend Liz's 'Jolly babies' session whilst on maternity leave and Theodore and I LOVED it! She is fantastic with the children and instantly puts adults at ease. I was so sad when we couldn't attend anymore. So when we decided to do a party for his 2nd birthday party I wanted know one other than Liz to do his party (she even said yes with around 2 weeks notice!). Theodore loves music and I genuinely believe that his love of it came from attending Jolly babies and continually singing the songs at home. We had Theodore's party held at his nursery for ease more than anything, since so many parents work on weekends nowadays I worried about food being left over and entertaining such a large group of children and parents. I often find parties become more about the adults and I wanted Theodore to enjoy his special day with his friends purely tailored for him (mind, we had no theme in mind and let Liz do her own thing!). When I arrived to pick up Theodore,the staff couldn't say enough about how amazing she was with the children and how fun the session was but more importantly how calm and natural she was with the children. Theodore was so happy and Liz had sent me an sms earlier on in the day to let me know that it was a success!! We will 110% be asking her to do Theodore's 3rd birthday party and any special events in the near future! Thank-you Liz for making my special little boy so very happy on his birthday :-)

I took my 11 month old daughter Aimee to a Halloween party organised by Liz this year. As always we had a great time. Liz made a huge effort with decorations etc to get into the 'spirit' of things (pardon the pun!!). I can not recommend Party Fizzz highly enough - liz never fails to impress! We attend liz's weekly music group and both my children have benefited hugely from it in terms of communication skills and a love of music and dancing. We have had Party Fizzz for birthday parties as well as attending the special summer / Christmas / Halloween parties - always 110% given from liz! At my daughters parties I'm always impressed at how've Liz manages to entertain all of the children despite the different age ranges who attend. Liz turned up like a purple fairy god mother and whisked all the children into the party spirit. It was meant to be in the garden, but it was raining so we sang, danced and made a racket squahed in my living room... but nothing seemed to phase Liz. I have had Liz do my sons birthday parties 3 consecutive years, and we will most definatly be having her to do his 4th birthday party too! We have held each party at various local farm parks and each party has been well planned to include animal based songs along with some of jacks favourites. Liz is very professional and keeps the childrens Attention for the entire party by action songs, musical instrument playing, various props, bubble machine etc etc. Before the day you can discuss with Liz what your child likes/dislikes etc so that on the day your child has the perfect party with their favourite things. Liz was wonderful! My two daughters (aged 7 & 5) had decided they wanted a joint 'Tangled' party. Although we had come up with a few ideas of our own, time was not on my side. I found Liz through NetMums and she immediately took up the 'Tangled' theme, thinking of, and organising, interesting little touches to make the party really special and individual. The children began with a craft activity of decorating their own 'lantern' party bag and then the music activities told the story of Rapunzel with dancing and actions. All the children (which included some toddlers) were entranced! There were bubbles and parachute games, pom poms and lots and lots of laughter. The girls could not have been happier with their party.... and that's all that matters! I would definitely recommend Liz to my friends.

The party guests ranged from age 1 to 5 and they all joined in with the music and dancing and had a fantastic time. Liz does a seemingly limitless range of songs and party games that can be tailored to your child or to a theme and my daughter was thrilled to have all her favourites included! Liz has an excellent range of percussion instruments and fun props that really encourage the children to get involved. All the Mums who came were very impressed! The music she plays is lovely for mums and children alike and there are original versions of all the classic songs and nursery rhymes, as well as completely new songs and rhymes. I'd strongly recommend Party Fizzz! My children and I had been to couple of parties organised by Party Fizzz and we'd enjoyed them hugely.. I was slightly worried that some of the 6-year old boys might be a bit old for the singing and movement, but in the event they seemed to enjoy themselves more than anyone! My daughter uses a wheelchair, and Liz was brilliant at thinking through activities that would work for her too, based on her chosen theme (pirates and princeses). Invitations were part of the package, which was excellent value for money. I was free to chat, sort the food, and watch all the children enjoying the colourful, musical extravaganza!

Amazing is the word I and every other parent in the room used to describe Liz! Myself and a friend booked Liz for a joint 3rd birthday party for our daughters and their class at playgroup. Liz had a very lively and boisterous group of 36 and managed the whole two hours of the party for us, she was there from set up until the end and was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone. Liz from Party Fizzz provided a great Dinosaur themed party for my daughter’s 4th Birthday party. We suggested the theme based on my daughter’s current obsession and Liz did all the rest, coming up with a detailed party plan with songs and games and suggestions we could choose from. Having been to a couple of parties Liz had organised for her 'Music with Mummy' classes we specifically requested the addition of a craft activity and ‘ice cream decorating' (each child gets a bowl of ice cream and can choose from bowls of sweeties and sprinkles to decorate) to the party plan. Liz managed to make everything dinosaur themed, even the ice cream decorating (dinosaur eggs!) The craft activity and the parachute games went down particularly well. It was quite a ‘high energy’ party – I made the terrible error of giving out party blowers with the food bags – so it was very loud as well! Liz calmed everyone down with bubbles towards the end which worked really well. I totally recommend Party Fizzz if you want something a bit different that can be tailored specifically to your child.

Party Fizzz review My 4 year old son went to a Party Fizzz Birthday party on the weekend and absolutely loved it. It was a dinosaur themed party & it kicked off with making a dinosaur picture out of the craft items provided which was a good way for all the kids to join in as & when they arrived without missing out on anything (as everyone always arrives at different times when it involves getting out of the house with kids ). This was followed by a music session which included lots of well-known songs with a dinosaur twist. To see the sheer joy on my son's face as he joined in the actions to 'We're Going on a Dinosaur Hunt' & 'If You're a Dinosaur & You Know It ...' was lovely. He also loved playing with the instruments, playing Musical Spots, dancing to the Dino-Cokey & the bubbles. The parachute play was a particular hit. After tea the kids took part in 'Decorate Your Own Ice-Cream' which involved choosing a flavour ice-cream & decorating with sweets & chocolate 'Dinosaur' eggs. The party was non-stop fun for the children and worked really well - the 2 hours flew by faster than any other party we've been to. There was also plenty for our 1 year-old son to join in (with help) - he especially liked the bubbles & the musical instruments. It was almost as much fun for the adults as the kids & I would definitely recommend this for kids' parties.

Liz hosted a music and dancing session for our daughter's first birthday this weekend and she really helped to make it a memorable occassion. We've attended Lizs' Jolly Babies classes since my daughter was 8 weeks old, so there was no choice for entertainment for her party with her little friends - it had to be Liz! I'd like to recommend 'Party Fizzz' for any parents out there wanting to book your child's party. My daughter was five recently and really wanted a fairy/princess themed party for her friends and cousins. I didn't have a clue where to start with things for them to do within this theme but Liz, who runs Party Fizzz, had some fantastic ideas and the girls had an amazing time. Liz did my daughter's 4th birthday party last weekend and I can't begin to describe how fantastic it was. We had a Princesses and Knights theme, which is such a common theme for girls this age, but Liz brought in ideas that made it seem fresh and new. She took the 30-odd over-excited 4-year-olds on a journey through various obstacles to end at the birthday "feast". There were no tears, tantrums or brawls (which is what I feared most with so many children together) but plenty of laughs and excitement. I have had texts and emails from quite a few parents especially to tell how much their child enjoyed the party. I would definitely recommend her.

We go to her classes anyway so I knew my dd would enjoy but all 12 children (form 4months - 3yrs) really enjoyed, some had never done any thing like it and now intend to! My friend booked her for her sons party there and then and another friend is now starting to come to the classes with me! Music with Mummy is excellent, and I cannot reccomend it enough if your planning a party. I had Liz to come and do my daughters first birthday at our house. There was a wide range of aged babies (from 3 months to 3 years) and Liz's music/puppets/bubbles/toys/intruments were enjoyed by all. The parents certainly enjoyed it all aswell!
