An exercise class to benefit mums2be in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. Consisting of a variety of exercises to help maintain fitness and strength. The class includes warm-up, a cool down and stretch followed by pelvic floor exercises. The class finishes with a relaxation and breathing section.

Small classes
12 years experience as a personal trainer,
Over 8yrs working with and supporting pre/postnatal women.

    I joined the mums2be class quite late on in my pregnancy and wish I had discovered it earlier! A fab class that caters for all abilities and stages of pregnancy. Natasha is very friendly & welcoming. I was primarily looking for a class to keep fit but also found the pelvic floor excercises & relaxation really beneficial. Would highly recommend this class for all expectant mums.

    I have loved every minute of Natasha's classes. I go 3 times a week but wish I could go everyday. The exercises have not only made my pregnancy easier but have helped with a decade long back problem too. I find Natasha very approachable and knowledgable. She is always willing to offer advice and often knows someone who can help if it's something she doesn't do herself. I'm selfishly going to miss attending these classes due to Natasha's maternity leave! I couldn't recommend her or the classes enough. Thank you

    I went to the mums2be class from weeks 30-36 of my pregnancy. I enjoyed the classes because they were relaxed and informal. Natasha has a good knowledge of health and fitness during pregnancy and takes good care of you during the class. I think the classes have helped with my fitness and muscle strength in preparation for labour. It's also a good opportunity to meet with other mums-to-be and talk about all things pregnancy related. Unfortunately I had to stop the class due to moving out of the area, however I would recommend this class to others.

    **February 2011** Phillipa says: I would recommend the mums2be class to anyone who is over 3 months pregnant! I have been going throughout my pregnancy and feel great, no back pain, swelling or fatigue! It's also a great way to get to know other mums to be and discuss any pregnancy queries you may have. My baby is due in 3 days time and I plan to continue to go until I have my new arrival!

    **February 2011** Dominique says: I really enjoyed this class, the exercise was just right and Natasha is always able to alter any of the exercises for individual capabilities and circumstances. I especially enjoyed the last part of relaxation and always walked out the class feeling refreshed and good about myself. Would definitely recommend.

    **February 2011** Parminder says: I think this class is great not only to get some exercise at all stages of pregnancy, but also to meet other mums to be, share information and experiences and to have a laugh ! It doesn't matter what your fitness level is or how far along you are, Natasha will adapt the exercises to suit you and the relaxation section at the end of the class does exactly what it says ! I plan to continue for as long as I can and would definitely recommend this class to others.

    I attended this class whilst pregnant and found it a very good way to stay fit. The class was friendly and everyone is very welcoming. I am now attending the yummy mummies class, which is great because you can take your baby's along.

    Having done very minimal exercise during my first pregnancy- I attended this class during my second pregnancy and definetly felt a lot healthier, physically and mentally stronger second time round. I definetly would recommend this class. Natasha is an excellent trainer. I am now attending the yummy mummies class and am hoping to lose the baby weight a lot quicker then first time round. Also it is a great benefit that I can take my baby along with me to the class.

    I started going to this class during my pregnancy and I really enjoyed it! It boosted my confidence and I felt so much better after each session. I was a bit nervous about exercising while pregnant but Natasha made me feel comfortable and showed me the different levels so I could take things at my own pace. I'm now looking forward to joining Yummy Mummies!
