A savvy mum has shared a genius hack for getting her baby to take the liquid medicine, and parents are loving it.

One of the most challenging parts of being a parent has got to be looking after your child when they're poorly.

We've all been there, trying to get a hot, wriggly, uncooperative little one to take medicine they so desperately need. Will they take it? Fat chance. Babies especially seem to have a sixth sense when it comes to medicine and can spit it for miles.

Sick of ending up wearing more Calpol than her child consumed, TikTok user Hannah Roberts has shared a genius way to make the whole process a LOT less stressful ...

She shared a video on the platform showing other parents how she manages to get her baby daughter to take infant paracetamol, with zero fuss and no tears.

It involves slotting the medicine-filled syringe into the teat of a baby bottle.

Then, her baby drinks the medicine through the bottle teat as if it were milk ... and seems none the wiser!

Hannah captioned her video: 'I highly recommend if your baby is awkward with her Calpol like mine😂.'

The video clearly resonated with a lot of parents, receiving 146.4k likes and more than 1,300 comments on the platform.

'Awww going to try this...mine has a cold (and) hates calpol 😌' wrote one user.

'Genius! Where was this seven and 12 years ago when I needed it!!' exclaimed another.
