Preparation

- 25ml elderflower cordial
- lime (1 wedge, fresh)
- 5 mint leaves (fresh)
- Highland Spring sparkling water (to top up)
- Half fill a wine glass with ice cubes, add mint leaves and the top up with more ice
- Squeeze a fresh lime wedge over the ice and drop in the glass
- Add Belvoir Elderflower cordial
- Top up with Highland Spring sparkling water
- Stir, serve and enjoy
