About

Massage in Pregnancy is soothing, calming and relaxing. Tired and sore muscles benefit from deep massage, circulation is improved, anxieties relieved and you can enjoy some time to focus on yourself and your growing baby.

Before each massage I take a full consultation which helps to make sure the massage meets your needs. The massage is safe from early pregnancy to 42 weeks (if you go that far!) The massage takes place with the client on a mattress on the floor supported by many pillows so that you feel safe, secure and comfortable...some clients even fall asleep...

The massage moves are soothing and relaxing with deep pressures working muscles commonly affected by aches and pains in pregnancy and postnatal.

Partners can attend to learn massage techniques to use during the pregnancy and labour (if your partner wants to attend please mention this when booking).

The perfect present for a pregnant friend, or for yourself!

I have been practising for over 15 years and was trained by Suzanne Yates of Well Mother who trains midwives and massage therapists around the world. I also have 2 children so I have been there and done that whole pregnancy and labour thing myself!

Jude is a wonderful and very caring massage therapist! The pregnancy massage I received from her was super relaxing throughout and I did feel the tension both in my body and my mind dissolve. I recommend it 100%!
