1. VLT with Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Slices

The BLT has had a makeover! This yummy vegan version uses Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Slices and is sure to be a hit with the whole family.

It’s super easy to whip up: toast two slices of bread and spread on some vegan mayonnaise. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Slices.

2. Pesto and cream cheese bagels with Quorn Roasted Sliced Fillets 

Posh up your picnic with this crowd-pleasing sandwich filling. Toast your bagel and then spread one half with cream cheese and the other with pesto. Top with Quorn Roasted Sliced Fillets and cucumber slices (or cucumber ribbons if you want to be really posh!)

3. Coronation chicken with Quorn Pieces 

Chicken tops the list of the UK’s favourite sandwich filling. But why not mix things up by using Quorn Pieces instead. High in protein and low in saturated fat, simply cook them on the hob or in the microwave for nine minutes. 

For this simple coronation chicken recipe, cover the Quorn Pieces with curried mayonnaise, add some raisins and voila, your sandwich filling is ready.

4. Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Sandwich with Beetroot Hummus

Say goodbye to beige with this vibrant sandwich filling. Follow the recipe, below, to make your own beetroot hummus with a few ingredients including chickpeas, beetroot and tahini (you can pick this up from most supermarkets). 

Spread the hummus over your bread and then top with Quorn Vegan Pepperoni. Easy peasy and oh so good.

5. Quorn Vegetarian Ham Slices, cheese and spinach melt

Ooh, there’s (almost!) nothing better than oozy cheese. Which is why we’re pretty sure the whole family will love this meat-free take on a cheese and ham melt.
