The pre-school is located in the village hall in the picturesque village of Trottiscliffe, in Church Lane, close to the primary school. The classroom is spacious and well equipped with Montessori materials. Children enjoy the outside environment to the rear of the building with its large grasses, wooded area and well equipped recreation ground for walks and outside activities.
The pre-school provides a safe, secure and carefully prepared environment, indoor and outdoor, for 2-5 year olds, holistic in its approach, where children nurture and thrive and learn skills independently.
The pre-school operates Tuesday to Friday with Forest School sessions, during term time. The timings are:
Tuesday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
Thursday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

This is a fantastic little preschool. The new manager and her staff are warm, approachable and enthusiastic about our child. He has flourished in their care. Soon after arriving he went through potty training and they were brilliantly supportive. The reports we have received are detailed and the private webpage on each child is a wonderful way to follow our son's progress and get an insight into his learning. The setting is rural and quiet.

I am so pleased to send my daughter to this pre school. She started not long after her second birthday and has thrived by being there. A very caring and nurturing environment for the children, not hectic but peaceful and it's wonderful to see her grow in such a brilliant pre school.
