You know it's a celebration when Kevin the Carrot's around!

Budget supermarket Aldi 's popular Carrot character is making a return just in time for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee – much to the delight of parents everywhere.

The plush toy is a favourite with kids and adults alike, but is usually only available to buy around Christmas time, when Kevin makes his annual appearance as a limited-edition toy and features in Aldi's Christmas advert.

But, to celebrate the Queen's 70 years on the throne, the supermarket has released a range of limited-edition toys, including Kevin, his friends and even the Queen herself.

The description on the website reads:

'Wave the flag with Kevin & Co.

'Kevin the Carrot and his family are back for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations!

'Have a lovely jubb-ilee with our cuddly Union Jack Kevin, Katie and Family, all ready to wave the flag along with some family corgis and an iconic Guardsman.'

And that's not all. To celebrate the Platinum Jubilee, Aldi has also brought out plush toy versions of the royal family, including the Queen, Prince Charles and two corgis.

The special-edition toys are available to buy in stores and online now, and cost £3.99, or £15.95 for a bundle set.
