Cooking with your kids is a fun way to introduce them to different foods and teach them about healthy eating. There's the added bonus that if they made it, they're more likely to eat it, too!

1. Cheese parcels
Super-simple to make and super-delicious to eat, these cheese parcels use shop-bought pastry and grated cheese and veg for the filling.
Kids will love filling the parcels, folding them over and pressing the edges down to seal them.
