Hello ParadisePilates is hosting a free taster Pilates session for beginners! Come along and join to learn the basics principles of Pilates and core strengthening.
Sessions are held on Saturdays 10am, with the possibility of a Wednesday evening sessions as well. Sessions cost £5 per person for a 50minute to 1 hour session. Exercises can be adapted to accommodate any conditions that prevent the exercise from being executed as usual. Modification can be given for those who need to build strength to execute the exercises as usual. Post and prenatal women welcome.
