Leaking fluid? 29 weeks

Hi, I had a scan 4/06 and baby was on the bigger side. His abdomen is on the 95th percentile. After a bit of panic from the ultrasound techs I was sent to the midwife’s and reassured me and just said to keep an eye on everything (movement, etc)
today 07/06 I have been having trickles of liquid. Once when I first got up at 8am it was like a tablespoon, I put on a panty liner then again 30 mins later, a 10p size above the panty liner. Im generally a sweaty person so I couldn’t tell if the pad was getting wet so I took it off, it trickles again. It doesn’t smell like urine, and I don’t know if it’s discharge. Would discharge be this consistent? I’m more than likely going to go to triage but was just wondering peoples opinion. Tia! x
