Want to make some Easter cards with your kids? We’ve got loads of free Easter pictures to print off and colour in – perfect for making lovely homemade Easter cards.

Easter is on its way, which means two whole weeks of entertaining the kids. But never fear, there are loads of great ways to get crafty with the kids this Easter, and one of the easiest (for you and them!) is to print out some Easter-themed pictures to colour in.

To print off, simply tap and hold, download the image and print (or on desktop, right-click or ctrl+click, save the image and then print).

In our gallery above, you'll find 33 unique Easter pictures, from simple drawings with big spaces (ideal for little kids who are still learning about staying within the lines), to more detailed designs (which provide more of a challenge for older budding artists).

We've included all the traditional Easter scenes and characters, from the Easter bunny to chocolate eggs, daffodils and chicks.

How to make the most of these Easter colouring pages

There are no rules when it comes to colouring these pictures in. Felt tips, crayons, coloured pencils – whatever you have to hand will do the job brilliantly. Or go full Art Attack and get the paints out!

Need some pens to bring these pictures to life? Why not choose washable felt tips for a less messy art session? See more details here at Amazon. You'll be able to wipe them off anything – even walls!

You can also buy washable Crayola crayons – see more details here. The colour isn't quite as intense as normal crayons, but we don't care as any crayoning marks on clothes or furniture comes off much more easily!

Why not print off all these colouring pages, then staple them together to make a mini Easter colouring book for the kids? It'll keep them busy for ages!

If you have more than one child, you could print off a few copies of each picture, and see who can come up with the most fun colour scheme.

These sweet Easter pictures are also ideal for making your own homemade Easter cards. Just print, colour, cut out and stick onto a piece of folded cardboard for an instant personalised card that relatives are sure to appreciate.

Alternatively, why not hang your child's creations in your window?

You could even have a bash at colouring in some yourself for a perfect moment of mindfulness amongst all the chaos of Easter!
