Hi there

My first natural period after quitting the pill was on 24th April. My nipples have been tingly for like 4-5 days now. My lower abdomen has been feeling stiff for a while now. No signs of getting my period so far. Sorry for the TMI but having thick white creamy CM but not more than the usual amount. Is it possible that i could still be pregnant?

TIA 💜

Hello,

To get an accurate result you have two main choices:

1. Use an early detection pregnancy test that allows you to test as soon as four or five days before your period is due. You can read more here: https://www.netmums.com/pregnancy/how-soon-can-you-take-a-pregnancy-test

2. Stick to NHS advice that says the most reliable time to test is any time from the first day of a missed period OR at least 21 days after having unprotected sex (if you don't know when your next period is due).

Good luck!

If you haven't already, do go over to our TTC club and chat to others on the same part of the journey as you: https://www.netmums.com/coffeehouse/becoming-mum-ttc-64/trying-conceive-clubs-525/

Hi. Wondered how you got on?

I'm currently in the same boat. 4-5 days late and constant full feeling in lower stomach plus backache. Also nipples tingling etc but not pain like usual when I'm due.

It's frustrating when you don't get a reply when you need it although I only just come back on here today as not been on a few yrs.

Hope all was ok?
