Dribble rash or something else

My LO has had this rash come up under his chin, looks quite sore and red but doesn't seem to bother him. Looks a lil pimply as well. Wondering if it's dribble rash or he's got a bit of eczema?

Thanks for posting.

I wasn't able to enlarge the photo but I do wonder if a chat with your local pharmacist would be helpful. They will be able to have a look and see what they feel it may be. They might also recommend some products to help soothe the skin if appropriate.
