7wks+2d ultrasound, sac 13mm, fetal pole 3mm no heartbeat need successful story?

Hello everyone, it’s my first pregnancy and i am retroverted uterus ,my b-hcg rise but don’t double every 48hours so i did my first scan at 6 weeks there was only sac . And i did another scan at 7wks+2d there was sac measured 13mm goes with 6 weeks it mean 1weeks+2days behind, there was small yolk sac with fetal pole 3mm but no heartbeat!😔 doctor said these could be the sign of miscarriage. after 10 days i will do another scan!

I need some hope and successful story 🙏🏻
