13dpo.... is this a positive?

Hello!
We've been TTC for a while, first time using the clear bkue ovulation tests, not sure how accurate they are due to PCOS.
Apparently im around 13dpo.
Is this a positive test? I've heard some stories about clear blue having evap lines or not being reliable?
Don't want to get my hopes up if i could be false positive xx

It's really tricky to tell, sometimes! NHS advice that says the most reliable time to test is any time from the first day of a missed period OR at least 21 days after having unprotected sex (if you don't know when your next period is due). I had one of those before turned out I wasn’t pregnant.. do a pink dye test or wait and do a digital xx
