Choi Kwang Do gives children a positive way to burn calories and socialise with quality friends in a safe setting (remember Choi is non-contact and non-competitive). It also keeps them away from the television.
Social skills such as good manners, eye contact, and public speaking, are developed in each lesson at our Brighton Choi kwang Do School.
Overall we aim to teach self defence, respect and consideration, discipline, goal setting, concentration and stranger danger, through a FUN and innovative learning approach.
Our Family Classes offer Adults and Children a chance to train and spend quality time together in a healthy environment, whilst still providing a great work out.
