Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark lie just off the Normandy coast of France, and are officially the sunniest place in the British Isles.

Jersey is rich in military history, with castles, battlefields and World War II bunkers to explore, while Guernsey’s capital, St Peter Port, is full of French charm.
