Carmarthen Judo Club

Carmarthen Judo Club runs training sessions to cater for all standards of participants from the age of 5 years.

On advice from the Medical Commission the under eight year-olds are not allowed to compete. Carmarthen Judo Club do however support a scheme run by the Welsh Judo Association known as the Dragon Award Scheme, in which under eight year olds can study simple actions and refereeing terms and then demonstrate them. Special certificates and badges are awarded for successes in the Dragon Award examination system.

Monday: 6pm-6:30pm Dragon Session (5 to 7 years).
6:30pm-7:30pm All Juniors Session (8 to 15 years).
Tuesday: 6:30pm-8pm Mixed Graded Juniors and All Seniors (Seniors have option to stay on until 8:30pm)
Friday 6pm-6:30pm Dragon Session (5 to 7 years).
6:30pm-7:30pm All Juniors Session.
7:30pm-9pm Seniors Session (Over 16 years).
