The official advice on eating corned beef in pregnancy

Good news! Corned beef is safe to eat in pregnancy, according to both the NHS and the British Nutrition Foundation. However, it can be high in salt, to it's best to eat it in moderation.

If you want to make corned beef yourself at home, make sure that the beef is fully cooked through before eating.
