Yoga is a great exercise to take up during pregnancy and after the birth of your baby. It's very gentle and the emphasis is on nurturing yourself and preapring for birth. We do lots of stretching, breathing and massage. You get to chat (lots!) to other pregnant Mums and to hear birth stories some times when Mums who have attended the classes come back to tell us how their birth went and to introduce us to their babies.
Classes run on Tuesday evenings (7.00 - 8.30pm) in Ely

Bumps to Babies offers Birthlight Antenatal Yogacise & Discussion classes and Baby Yoga classes in Ely. One-to-one and small group classes are also available.
Yoga gives you a chance to spend precious time with your baby, both before and after they are born. During pregnancy, Yogacise classes provide safe, gentle exercise, relaxation and the chance to chat, ask questions and share information with other pregnant Mums.
After your baby is born, Baby Yoga classes offer
post-natal exercise, stretches for you and your baby, relaxation with your baby and the chance to talk to other parents, share ideas and make new friends.
