Blue-coloured mocktail with fresh blueberries and lemon slices

- 800ml lemonade
- 2-3 drops blue food colouring gel
- 50g fresh blueberries, halved
- 1 lemon (cut into thin slices)
- Add plenty of ice cubes to a large jug or pitcher. Pour in the lemonade.
- Add the blue food colouring gel to the lemonade a drop at a time, stirring as you go, to get your desired shade of blue. The exact amount of drops will depend on the strength of your food colouring.
- Stir in half the blueberries and half the lemon slices.
- Pour the blue mocktail into glasses. Top with more lemon slices and a few blueberry halves. Serve with a paper straw.
