Hi. I am new to netmums. I am 5 days late for AF and no sign yet. I have been doing PT daily since I was due on and all negative. My boobs don't hurt, maybe a very very small amount of discomfort at the side and my nipples seem more sensitive than usually. I'm never normally this late on but its driving me mental. I've been getting slight camping like my period is coming but nothing. Also had headaches for nearly a week and I go all light headed when I stand up. ðŸ˜

To get an accurate result you have two main choices:
1. Use an early detection pregnancy test that allows you to test as soon as four or five days before your period is due. You can read more here: https://www.netmums.com/pregnancy/how-soon-can-you-take-a-pregnancy-test
2. Stick to NHS advice that says the most reliable time to test is any time from the first day of a missed period OR at least 21 days after having unprotected sex (if you don't know when your next period is due).

Oh you kind just like me right now. I'm on day 38 and still testing negative plus you have described exactly how my boobs feel. Not sore at all but tingly itchy nipples....it's weird and I'm just wishing id come on or test positive.
Can I ask how you are getting on now?.x
