I was a bit unsure about trying the bake bean omelette, but i am so glad i did and the whole family wants to know now when they are having it again!.. And the best part about it is all the vitamins it contains, it's so tasty and i haven't got to fight with the children to get them to sit down and eat...Now that's a brilliant achievement! :)

This was delicious. My favourite omelette now. It was so easy to make and very quick. The children love it too as well. As they love omelettes and love beans. I had never thought of adding beans to an omelette but it works so well.

I switched it up a little once the omelette was nearly cooked I added the baked beans and some cheese to the middle. It was a bread free cheese and bean toasties mmmm

Just come across this and thought it very interesting. Though the kids asked for egg they rarely actually eat, but combining it with baked beans (why hadn't I ever thought of this!?!), I was on to a winner. Initially there was tears as food on plate not what they expected, my son did scoff it up! My daughter tried but didn't like it. Was easy to make and will try again soon.
