9dpo achey boobs, stuffy nose, headache, anyone else?

Since yesterday I have had really achey boobs, I don’t normally get this before AF, I’m 9dpo today, have mild cramps & have had a headache and stuffy nose for a few days now.
Has anyone else had similar symptoms and got a BFP?
