Milk cup/bottle for 2.5 year old

Hi all
i am new on here. Was just looking for advice/recommendations regarding milk cups or bottles?
i know every child is different so what may work for one doesn’t work for the other but I’m open to hear suggestions if anyone has any thank you

Stopped using bottles at 18 months for my 3 then they just had a cup of milk before bed or used a normal water bottle x
