Aquatic Harmony Baby to Preschool Swim classes
Our classes are held on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings in warm spa and hydro pools around Bristol Bedminster Bradley stoke and Calne Wiltshire.
Our classes are suitable from newborn babies to preschool children.
There are a maximum of either six adults and six babies per class, and there is free parking in all locations.

We teach little ones from newborn to preschool and have taught thousands of little ones over nearly ten years.

Aquatic Harmony classes are relaxed, gentle and child led. We follow the Birthlight method, this encourages your baby to move freely in the water by using holds and movements which encourages confidence for both parent and baby.
We progress only when your baby or child is both physically and emotionally ready. Babies from newborn to four years old are welcome and dads or grandparents are welcome too!

Our classes involve:
A gentle approach: Enhancing bond and attachment between the child and parent.
Child led: Promoting freedom in the water at the right time enables confidence to flourish.
Repetition: Repetition of activities encourages learning.
Baby and child development: Rolling, sitting, standing and walking each offer an opportunity in the water which is characterised by certain reflexes and enhances the development of your child.
Focusing on safety: Every child will be taught the importance of safe behaviour around water and in the water.
Fun: Songs, games and fun for both babies and parents!
