Relaxing, soothing and calming yet energising, stimulating and strengthening - yoga classes aimed specifically for pregnant women and then followed by therapeutic post natal yoga classes for mum and baby.

Trained by the Active Birth Centre in London, classes incorporate lots of breathing exercises, birthing positions and support for an active birth.

Come along and meet other mums-to-be in a calming, relaxing atmosphere and help to maintain your strength and flexibility.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes on Wednesday evenings 7 - 8:15pm (£8)

Postnatal Yoga Classes on Tuesdays 11:30 - 12:30pm. (£6)
