We all love stories! Just imagine how amazing it would be to combine your favourite story or nursery rhyme with massage bringing them together in a fun, creative and enjoyable way - allowing you to share a lovely relaxed and fun time together with your child.

Story massage involves the use of 10 easy-to-follow massage strokes associated with the spoken word that can be used with existing stories or nursery rhymes or even more exciting the opportunity to get creative and make up your own stories!

Parents Only Story Massage Workshop (parents of 1-3 year olds)
Learn how to continue to massage your baby as they crawl and climb away from you! This fun workshop for parents helps you adapt simple massage techniques to favourite stories and rhymes, so that your wriggling little ones can still enjoy and benefit from massage as they grow and develop.

Parent & Child Story Massage Workshop (suitable for 4-12 year olds)
Join us for a fun and creative session to discover how to adapt your favourite stories, songs and rhymes to an easy-to-give and enjoyable massage for your child. Then relax as you get a Story Massage from them too!

Sunday 19th March from 2pm-4pm

All workshops are fully clothed and include time for a cuppa and biscuits.
