Here at Adams Aquatics we are passionate about teaching swimming to all ages; all abilities. We strive to improve the standards of swimming and water safety within the UK.

We teach babies, children and adults of all ages and ability levels. From complete beginners or those with a fear of the water to those who require technique improvement for triathlons.
