My premmie boy was born at 35+4 and was in NICU for 12 days due to suspected sepsis and a high jaundice level. We were discharged from hospital and he was fine, slow at eating and small obviously but mostly ok. He got bronchiolitis about a month ago and since then things have gone downhill. He won't fees very well, he's not gaining weight, his chest sounds bad, he's got hearing loss in both ears and he's just had a rubbish start to life bless him. I need some support, I've been to hospital, go etc with him with no help. I'm due at a clinic app for him on Monday to see what they will do for him but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just at a loss what is stopping him from feeding and what I can do to help him and if other mums have been in the same position. He's barely 9lb at 14 weeks, born at 4lb 7. He doesn't smile, do anything, doesn't even focus on my face. Still very sleepy like an absolute newborn.

That sounds so tough I really hope he gets better. Do you think lack of sleep could factor into it?
