what do we do woth ten year olds in hodays?

My daughter is struggling with her Mental Health as she has gone through trauma in her life.
im still healing and so is she but what do other parents do during the holidays?
I would like to make friends with other parents in the Petworth West Sussex area. My daughter wont socialise as she got self esteem problems and i dont know where to begin to help her. Im a single mum. Its very hard being a single mum and im running two businesses alongside being a parent but so far we been mostly out exploring seasides and having adventures, im self employed and i try not to have too much work on during the holidays, so i can spend time with my daughter. Reading and Learning is on the back burner and im trying really hard to get her off technology as shes glued to Roblox.
She is ten.

I hope its getting better for ya! There are a lot of activites to do together bur firstly i think ylu need to find out what kinds she weanna do/try. Maybe if you visited her world and ask if you could play roblox with her and if she could teach you. Oh it would have been a blast if you asked her - ingame - what other fun she want to try IRL. Give it a try, its a kinda fun game not gonna lie

Ypu can do adventure days like zip wiring rock climbing which is team building it helps confidence helps her work in a team build confidence . Google adventure days near you confidence building they like things at this age my 10 year old just had a school trip doing this and loved it really brought her put her shell. I take her trampoline parks and theme parks . Have girly days nails etc I have 5 and 4 year old too so cater for all but make sure I have one on one with oldest alot and do these days out. Invite her friends for sleepovers take them swimming . Night time discos at inflatable places or trampoline places ice skating lots really. X
