Little guy with tummy bug

My 2 year old started vomitting on Friday night and all day Sat wouldn't eat for us was drinking on Sunday night I put him to bed and he had a febrile seizure🥲. Thing is it's wed now and he's whinging when he's eating (not eating as much)and still has a bit of a temp . Is anyone else in the same boat I have a call with the doctor tomorrow I just feel like this is going on ages😪 and while I m on the subject anyone got any recommendations on thermometers cos I had an ear one which never should a temp before I put him to bed.

Just hoping I m not alone I hate seeing him so sad.
