Confusion over ovulation tests

I’m 34 and currently ttc for my first. I had surgery last month for endometriosis. This month we have decided to ovulation test as we had been ttc prior 18 months no luck. The last few days showed my ovulation test was rising and last night using the premom app it said was high at 0.84. This morning it has gone back down to 0.29. We have done the deed twice a day since Friday. Does this mean I have possibly ovulated and it’s just been a rapid onset of it? I have had left sided pain this morning which I have noticed I usually get during ovulation.
