Dear All,
Our daughter was born on may at 24 weeks gestation in May 2021. A week later of her birth they found a hole in her bowel and she took surgery and she has a stoma now.
We spent around 4 months in NICU here in Ireland and finally, we have been discharged 3 weeks ago. It is a great feeling to have our baby at home but we are having some complications with our daughter where most of the consultants do say normal.
Not every day but mostly she is having sudden cramps and it is recurring. She squeezes herself and cries very badly.
We are using infacol every after feed for her to release wind, warming up towels to help her with the pains but seems like not helping. She is now 1 month and 1 week old and we don't know what to do.
Just wondering is there anyone out there who might be having the same issue or already overcome with some solutions?
Thanks in advance.
Hi there
hope your little one is doing well. - my baby is currently going through the cramps too - I posted on another comment re grunts and groans - I’m going to a cranial osteopath to see if they can help. Will update if successful.
have your problems resolved? Hope so!
