10 DPO today... let's do it together..

So ... i'm 36, turning 36 in 3 months.. been trying for some time to have a child.. it'sbeen 3 months since i started OPK, no temp, preseed when i feel dry.

Lutheal phase 14 days, clock wise. I always have a LH peak and the next day i ovulate.

I am 10 dpo today, sore full breasts, mild cramps that seem like farts :)))) i feel them come, they peak and tge fade away :))

I always have pregnancy symptoms then waitinf for AF: nausea, cramps, constipation, back pain, bleeding at 7 dpo, it's all in a normal month. A light endometriosys is responsible.

So this month is lighter than pther months.. we BD pn the 2 days with high LH, i tried to no lift anything heavy, i did not exercise, i dis not go to the sauna when i went to spa.. i did however drink one coffee per day and had 1-2 glasses of beer or wine.

3 more daya for me to wait. I was very relaxed until now, but i am slowly becoming anxious.
