Am I miscarrying?

9 weeks 2 days pregnant, had an ultrasound on Friday and everything great measurement wise & heartbeat 180bpm which was all perfect, however they noticed a 3.5 cm cyst to the right of my womb.
last night I have been having a lot of heavy bleeding. NO CLOTS OR PAIN. Has subsided a good bit today. But just very concerned. Have an appointment tomorrow again at EPU.but just wanted abit of reassurance until then, or if anyone else has been thru the same thing.

Hi, thank you! All went great, can’t explain anything. Just need to take the next few weeks easy until the 12 week scan. But baby doing fantastic xxx
