When should I test?

had a mid cycle one day red bleed on the 28th May. Light (only when wiping). I never have this so I’m putting it down to possible ovulation bleeding. Had sex 27th, 28th and 28th May. My cycle is irregular so no way of knowing when AF is due. When would anyone recommend testing? I’ve been having milky white discharge for 3/4 days, some mild cramping, fatigue and general twinges. I’m estimating I’m about 8dpo. Thanks
