I’m struggling abit with what to feed my little one. I tend to batch cook to save time/less stress at meal times but I’m running out of ideas. I have quite a few meals that I do but feel there should be more variety. Im paranoid that she will be fussy and it’s all causing me a lot of stress. What do other mums do?

I follow baby nutritionists etc but I think that’s making it worse as I’m comparing how well their child eats! I know I’m beating myself up about it but I can’t help it!! Help!!

What does she eat. I have 3 kids 10,4,3 and some weeks can be fussed my 4 Yr old is most fussy . Most meals are spag bol. Sausages and mash and veg. Fry up tea cooked healthy no fat so sausage bacon egg beans toast. Fajitas but pizza for fussy one and fruit for pudding . Always do teas with protein so filling them up. Cheese and bacon tomato pasta bake. Pic nic tea sandwiches sausage rolls crisps fruit for pudding. Meat balls and spaghetti. Hot dogs with chopped cucumbers tomatoes etc always fruit for puddings with yoghurt. Sausage casserole. Chicken casserole. Fish and home made chips. Lamb chops veg etc. Chicken soup. Chicken thighs rice salad. Lots to make just make sure plenty of protein to fill up and offerings of salad and fruit for pudding x
