8 days late, BFN... any late BFP stories? Help!

I stopped the pill in November 2021. Since then, I have had a period every cycle. My shortest cycle has been 26 days and longest 33 days. My periods have been varied each month. Either light spotting for 9 days or heavy for a few days or medium flow for about 5 days or so. But I've always had something. I've always had something to represent a period.

I am now 8 days late, according to my Flo app. I decided not to track ovulation this cycle as it was stressing me out so wanted to take a more relaxed approach for this cycle. I wish I had now because now I'm worrying I didn't ovulate or have I ovulated late?? I keep testing regularly and each time its a BFN.

I have sore boobs and that's it. No other symptoms. I'm starting to get so fed up. Feeling worried and disappointed every time I get a BFN.

Any late BFP stories or advice for me?? Any communication about it would help!
